Local San Diego corporate giant, Ken Blanchard, came to us in the Spring of 2012 with a cutting edge idea of converting one of their most popular courses and teachings into a powerful in the field mobile application. They believed this tool would greatly benefit their clients who already loved their highly successful workforce leadership courses and now wished to reinforce their learnings to the mobile level which enableed them to also access and use the material anytime, anywhere!
It was explained to us that the app had to be engaging enough so that the users could see its benefits and be inclined to thus use it in the field as a reinforcement tool to supplement the already existing knowledege that they had acquired through the various courses and teachings Ken Blanchard had provided them in the past. We knew this would require some thinking and creativity from our side.
Our UI designers spent several weeks and closely worked alongside Ken Blanchard to craft one of the most innovative and creative interfaces that we had yet seen exist in the app marketplace. This was also integrated and combined with an engaging interactive quiz that made the entire app experience truly amazing and not to mention was a huge leap in the world of workforce training!
